Acting in accordance with the provisions of the Charter, these By-Laws, and resolutions the Board may adopt, the Covenants Committee, if established, shall be the hearing tribunal of the Association and shall conduct all hearings held pursuant to Artical 8. | April 24, 2025 - HOA Board Meeting | one person resigned and a new person joined - there is no clarity as to anyone for qualification on this group - we just know the person lives in the community and volunteered. There could be NO AGENDA from any member, right? I mean, if you have interest to be on a committee that goes after your neighbors - it is completely virtuous. Would hate to see any qualification statements for such a position |
