Jan 2025: Author had a conflict with the HOA, or the HOA management company.  It is difficult to know who the conflict is with.  From this conflict findings include:

- All questions asked (multiple engagements) - ZERO have ever been answered (obfuscation) - includes these specifics

- Specific 1: Of specific questions to process citing references from the HOA governing documents - Paraphrased" "are these my reference point of the HOA or HOA management company (CCMC) actions on this matter?"

- Specific 2: Of specific questions to documented processes (published after the "governing documents" - Paraphrased "are these the processes being used?

- Specific 3: Of the specific questions to the HOA management company (CCMC) - Paraphrased "who is the decision authority or the decision body that is escalating the procedure or actions?"

- Specific 4: Of the specific questions to the HOA management company (CCMC) - Paraphrased "where are we with my assumption of the process?"

All these specific will have published communications (emails) that the author attempted to reduce the conflict.  Both HOA management and HOA body/board members have never addressed ANY of the questions asked.  This communication all will cite where the author escalated to the CCMC (HOA Management Company) to executive (VP) levels also resulting in NO ANSWERS.

This governing group love to tell you what to do and not answer anything around what legal documents, processes or who are the decision makers are - all used to "govern"  this community

Author will attempt data mask names as it is not the intent to "go after" an individual, but to address what the HOA and their subsidiaries are doing in this community with a level of obfuscation, placations and creating frustration to the HOA membership - WHO PAYS FOR THIS!
